Breakfast? Dinner? Both.

A proper dinner omelette includes both the essential food groups: bacon and jalapenos. For balance, the masterpiece below also includes potatoes and both green and yellow onions. To chop down the cholesterol, it's made with half regular, traditional eggs (the kind that came before chickens) and half is replaced with Egg Beaters. The real eggs give it the usual texture and consistency, while the Egg Beaters make it a bit healthier.
